Enjoying the final days of summer on Alki Beach with friends, I took the opportunity to experiment with my cinematography using a set of Canon FD SSC lenses on my C500MKII. These test shots capture the natural, beautiful light that bathes the beach during golden hour, highlighting the warmth and vibrancy of the moment. Through careful framing and thoughtful use of lens characteristics, I aimed to create visuals that feel both intimate and expansive—bringing a cinematic quality to everyday scenes. This project was a great exploration of how light and lens choice work together to tell a story through motion and mood.
